A superb Victorian - Belle Epoque deeply carved Coral Cameo Ring depicting a nude woman with absolutely magnificent detail and artisanship in a beautiful and elegant Etruscan Revival setting in 14 Karat Gold. The ring dates to circa 1850-1880. The coral is between red and a salmon color - a stunningly beautiful color! The ring features the most beautifully carved high relief coral cameo of a nude woman. The face is exquisite with an angelic cherubic expression. I love the way the artist has created her nude form to gently extend over the border of the ring.
