Navajo Golden Hill turquoise and sterling silver marked by Navajo Silversmith Bryan Joe. Bryan apprenticed under his father Al Joe for many years and is now making jewelry using his own hallmark (almost exactly like his fathers). Two natural, untreated stones set in thick sterling silver band with hand stamped designs. Stones are a teardrop shape with bright color and beautiful dark matrix.Size 10, Face 1 1/2"L
Golden Hill Turquoise is one of the most distinct-looking turquoise pieces out in the turquoise market. Although it has only been introduced in the US around 2018, its undeniable beauty truly stands out! Its light baby blue appearance coupled with light brown to brown, to ‘lavender’ matrixes are quite distinguishable and definitely scene-stealing!

Terry Martinez, award-winning Navajo artist from New Mexico, has been an active silversmith for well over 30 years. Terry carries on the famed Martinez clan's devotion to the creation of traditional design jewelry in the style of previous generations. Using only the finest turquoise, Terry adapts the ingot style, rolled and hand pounded techniques to create some of the most striking jewelry in Indian Country. Everything is made by hand. Terry uses hand cut bezels and only high quality natural stones.
