This particular ring features a golden coin surrounded by ten 1.6mm round synthetic rubies set in bezels. Crafted from 14K rose and yellow gold, this ring is a finger size 6.5 US and weighs 5.4 grams. The face of this ring measures 22.5 x 23.5mm across.
