1930s Natural 9.36 Carat Ceylon Sapphire Diamond Art Deco Signet Ring
About the Item
Ring in 18 karat white gold, owl hallmark and platinum, mascaron hallmark.
This large, massive ring with geometric lines features a cushion-cut sapphire in the center, held in place by 4 wide, flat claws. On either side, 2x2 baguette-cut diamonds adorn the start of the ring, which is smooth and flat.
Total weight of the sapphire : 9.36 carats approximately. Sapphire accompanied by its laboratory certificate attesting to its Sri Lankan (Ceylon) origin and the absence of heating or treatment.
Total weight of diamonds : 0.24 carat approximately.
Height : 17 mm approximately, width : 15,5 mm approximately, thickness : 8,5 mm approximately, width of the ring at the base : 4,5 mm approximately.
Total weight of the jewel : 18 g approximately.
