19th Century Dendrite Agate Diamonds 18 Karat Rose Gold Silver Ring
About the Item
Ring in 18 karat rose gold, and silver, owl hallmark.
Rare and elegant antique rose gold ring, its setting is rectangular shape with cut sides and it is decorated in the center with a cabochon of dendrite agate, in an entourage of rose- cut diamonds which follow the curve of the ring. The start of the ring is fleur de lysé on both sides, openworked, and continues with a profiled ring.
Total weight of the agate : about 2.30 carats.
Height : 21,7 mm approximately, width : 9,7 mm approximately, thickness : 5 mm approximately, width of the ring at the base : 1,3 mm approximately.
Total weight of the jewel : 4,4 g approximately.

Our opinion : Extremely rare in this condition, this antique ring is the witness of its time. The dendrite agate that is set has a cloudy decoration on the bottom that continues with thin and delicate branches in gray tones. An antique collector's item.
