Art Nouveau period three stones Diamond and Blue Sapphires Ring hand- made in 1916. This design with secure bezel clusters is perfect for everyday/ permanent wear. Yellow metal in solid 18 k Gold. Crown measures: 13 mm x 5 wide x 4 mm deep with top clusters in Platinum. Old European diamond cut Diamond Ø 4.25 mm x 2.3 mm deep / ca. 0.36 ct / color ca F, G / VS, internal flow is visible under magnification. Two old European diamond cut natural Sapphires of medium intensity Blue color Ø 4.25 x 3.25 mm deep / ca. 0.4 ct. each. All stones have open backs. Total weight of the stones ca. 1 ctw. Swedish hallmarks: 18K, maker's G. A Dahlgren, Malmö, active 1913 - 1933. year combination O7 / hand - made in 1916. Size: Ø US 5.75 / 16.30 mm. Can be sized for additional payment. We will not be responsible if in the process of resizing or customization any stone on the ring becomes loose, if any deformation occurs in general or if band of the ring changes shape or becomes deformed. Polishing of the band is always a final step of any resizing but machinery used for polishing causes vibration that old rings (with prongs for example ) often do not like at all. It is often difficult or impossible to get an accurate characteristics of the weight , color and nature of inclusions without removing the stones from the settings to be weighed and examined and doing that may damage the piece.
