Victorian Turquoise Pearl Ring Flower Motif Gold Antique Engagement Ring
About the Item
This is a stunning and oh so Romantic Antique Victorian Ring with six Persian Turquoise gems and Pearls in a delicate flower motif. The combination of Pearls and Turquoise in this beautifully made ring is an absolute delight. There are six Persian Turquoise cabochons. The ring creates a flower, Forget-Me-Not effect with the gems. On either side of the flower are three seed pearl adornments. The jewels are set in 10 Karat Yellow Gold. This is one of my favorite rings. The ring dates to the Victorian period - circa 1850 - 1900. The ring is a magnificent wedding ring or engagement ring, as part of a stack, or a ring to be worn every day or at the most glamorous affairs.
The flower top of the ring is 12mm wide.
The ring is currently a size 7.75 US and can be easily resized if desired.
The ring is 10 Karat Gold
There is antique engraving on the inside of the shank on one side which I cannot decipher.
One of the turquoise cabochons is a bit shinier than the others.
The ring weighs 2.6 grams.
