Janesich Art Deco Era Travel Clock
About the Item
This travel clock is triptych shaped. When its doors are opened, the dial appears, which is adorned with hours in black enameled Roman numerals on a white background under glass. Square dial in silver guilloché with railroad and blued steel hands. The dial is signed JANESICH and patented. The base and the top are in onyx. The 18 karat yellow gold case has Persian-style frames. The pusher is in the shape of an arrow paved with rose-cut diamonds in frames of stylized blue and black flowers. Movement signed Majestic Watch Cie and numbered 28869. The back plate is engraved 28869, patented dial.
Made in France.
Dimensions: 5.8 x 3.5 x 2.8 cm and 5.8 x 5.5 x 2.8 cm (doors closed and open).
