This striking example of a late era pocket watch was produced by the premier house of Le Coultre and sold under their own label. It is the identical watch they produced for Cartier. The heavy 18Kt. yellow gold case has a "spin" finish on it and it is an extremely thin watch as well. The original dial is done in Sterling Silver with numbers and printing which are kiln fired. The process is no longer done because of the cost and degree of skill involved. The beautifully finished high grade movement keeps original factory time. If you cared to wear this watch in your jeans pocket you would realize that you can actually count on it and if you are a collector it will be welcomed in your collection by the other watches you have.
