About the Item
Here we have a magnificent antique pocket watch made in America by the American Waltham Watch Co. It features Waltham's grade "A.W.W.Co.", model 1873-6, stem winding and lever set 13 jewel movement that still keeps excellent time. The solid 14k rose gold hunter case was made by Waltham's own case manufacturing division and features intricate floral motifs throughout its front and rear covers. The rear cover also displays an engraving of a house on the water with a sailboat next to it. There are some scattered minor dents in the front and back covers which are consistent with regular use.
