1492-1992: for the 500th ANNIVERSARY of the extraordinary voyage of CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS an extraordinary creation by SVEND ANDERSEN
This watch of 18kt solid yellow gold is water resistant.
Thickness 6.5mm and diameter is 34.5 mm.
It has a mechanical movement and it is made according to the old watchmaking tradition of Geneva.
The dial displays on a blue lacquered ground the continents Europe and America which are depicted in gold and connected with a gold line symbolizing the first voyage of Chrystopher Columbus.
The back of the case is decorated on the back with an engraved astrolabe.
