Tole 6-Light Floral Hard Wired Chandelier in the style of Maison Baguès
By Maison Baguès
Located in Oklahoma City, OK
A large metal multi-color tole floral bouquet of flowers chandelier in the style of Maison Baguès. This chandelier is a wonderful way to add interest to your lighting. It should never be boring, no? to any room. This piece after Maison Baguès gives the illusion that a bouquet of soft pastel flowers has been hung from the ceiling. It is composed of iron which has been fashioned into large blooming hibiscus flowers, scrolling green leaves and climbing vines. Flowers vary in color from pale pinks to bright oranges. Each flower moves from its exterior color in an ombre fashion, to a different complementary color on the inside. From the inside of the metal flowers, various colors of stamen pop up from the center. Green palm leaves seemingly sprout from around the base and top curling up to the top of the fixture and matching cap, in truly spectacular detail. At the bottom of the chandelier, stems which resemble the interior designer’s cult favorite "sheaf of wheat" style, are wrapped with a braided yellow/cream metal piece which ties the bundle of flowers together. Each light appears to be sprouting out of the center of the top of 6 flowers. How We Would Style It: This feminine floral light fixture deserves to be seen and treasured. We love the idea of this chandelier holding court in a baby girls...
