57th Street Residence

This project transforms a new-construction Manhattan apartment into a boutique-style residence for a client whose primary residence is outside the City. Each functional zone within the apartment is redefined and developed with millwork of a distinct configuration and finish. A common geometric vocabulary is employed in both the millwork and furnishings to provide a unified design. Materials and furnishings have been selected to infuse warmth into the simplified geometric forms.
