A stylish London dwelling

This Grade II listed property in St John’s Wood is a perfectly proportioned family home which the client had been living in for years but it had never been renovated. With two university-age children living at home, the adults felt they needed more space for the family to spread out with separate family, entertainment and work areas.

As it was time for an upgrade, Carden Cunietti were engaged to rework the interior according to the clients vision of slick and polished neutrality. The client’s preference for layered cream, mocha, bronze and taupe have been accented with jewel colours.

A glamorous formal drawing room with a curved cream sofa, a more intimate emerald green dining area and an additional sitting area finished in plum colours completes a triumvirate of social spaces.

In each of the bedrooms for the young adults, a separate vanity space and separate study areas were added so all family members could work from home.
