Originally built in 1930, this started as a one story 3500 sq. ft. house. We totally re-worked it into a 9000 sq. ft. two story house. When you walk through the house, you would never know that all of the new parts of the house were not originally there. After the renovation, We staged the home and put it up for sale. The buyers were so enchanted with our work, that they asked us to stay on as their interior designers, which we did. This Cape Cod style house has been transformed with many French doors opening onto terraces and gardens. It has a casual elegance that typifies the way people want to live in California.
