The 2024 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas, held from October 25 to November 13, 2024, was a landmark event in the design world. Located at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard in the prestigious Turtle Creek neighborhood, the venue was a 25,000-square-foot French Renaissance-style estate. Originally intended to become Dallas’s first Mandarin Oriental hotel, the property was transformed by 25 top designers and architects into a showcase of innovative interior design .
