New American House in Greenwich
by Ferguson & Shamamian Architects in Greenwich, CT
Having removed a large, dark house on their gently sloped property, the European homeowners wanted a new American house that would fit the site and the community and include an extensive program for their growing family. Looking to post-Revolutionary New England for inspiration, this house presents a symmetrical, white clapboard Georgian façade and vernacular details.
