New York City Duplex

Aparicio + Associates developed nearly all aspects of the this spectacular duplex overlooking Central Park in a complete gut renovation that included breaking through the building's concrete slab to connect its two floors with a floating staircase. The interiors are finished in luxurious wood and parchment paneling, and the decor is an eclectic blend of fine 20th century antiques, art, and custom made pieces.
