PENTHOUSE IN MOSCOW

A cube of 12 meters per side lies at the 64th floor of the so-called St Petersburg Tower, one of Capital City towers in Moscow. For the design of the penthouse, Massimo Iosa Ghini worked using different scales, combining bold architectural solutions with refined interior design. The volume of over 600 square meters is divided into four levels with a long swimming pool acting as a central plug; walkways, stairs and glass ceilings are used as a physical and visual connection between the different levels and environments, in an effort to separate each functional area of the house while continuously interacting with one another.
