An installation in The Apartment in Copenhagen that sought to restore the domestic atmosphere in the 18th Century building. Bringing life and people to the enfilade of rooms was key and we teamed up with chef Frederik Bille Brahe to turn the kitchen into a pop-up restaurant for the duration of the three month residency.
