The Bayou House

The Bayou House is a single family residence situated in the “Bird Streets” of Los Angeles, CA. In this ground-up construction, every detail was created using Bradley’s World Modern aesthetic, sophisticated materials, and unparalleled craftsmanship. The indoor/outdoor living space is optimized with retractable glass walls, an infinity pool with spa, and private entertaining areas. The sunken living room, dining room, and expansive chef’s kitchen look out to city views. The master suite features a fireplace, spa bath with a custom sunken tub, heated floors, glass walls that open onto a koi pond, and a private garden with yoga deck. The house boasts five ensuite bedrooms and two powder rooms. The lower level includes an office, lounge, and bar area that leads to a luxurious screening room/theater.
