Woman is an original watercolor artwork realized in the XIX century by Gaetano Dura. Good conditions except for yellowing of the paper, some folds on the higher and right margin, and a stain on lower right corner. On the back scotch signs. Signed Esquisse de Gaetano Dura on lower right. This little precious modern artwork represents a genre scene showing a woman holding a small child while leaning against a rock, perhaps waiting for someone. Gaetano Dura (Cassano Jonio Cosenza, 1805 - Naples, 1878) was a very famous Italian lithographer, watercolor artist, and poet. This artwork is shipped from Italy.
