Donald J. Phillips (American, 20th Century) is an artist from San Leandro, CA. He attended California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, where he met his wife. Phillips served in Marine Corps Reserve and was called to duty from 1950-1951 during the Korean War.

Donald J. Phillips
Donald J. Phillips is an artist from San Leandro, California. He attended California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, where he met his wife. Phillips served in Marine Corps Reserve and was called to duty from 1950–51 during the Korean War. He exhibited at the “21st Annual Santa Cruz Art Exhibit,” 1950 and “New England Watercolor Society North American Open Show,” 1988. He is a member of the Santa Cruz Art League, American Society of Watercolor Artists and National Society of Watercolor Artists.
