Bernardus Johannes (Bernard) Blommers (The Hague, January 30, 1845 - there, December 12, 1914) was a Dutch painter. He was one of the younger Dutch painters from the first generation of the Hague School. Bernard Blommers was a pupil of Christoffel Bisschop. At The Hague Academy he was also taught by Jacob Maris and especially by Jozef Israëls.
He worked mostly in the area of Scheveningen and Katwijk and in North Brabant.
He also painted a piece of Hendrik Willem Mesdag's Panorama Mesdag.
Blommers was buried in The Hague at Oud Eik en Duinen.
The work was part of a major Dutch Art Collection.
