Endangered Species features a corset with laces and other "endangered"species" in the form of endangered animals: a wolf, snail, bird and butterfly. The panel itself is 14 x 11 inches. Framed in a natural warm hardwood handcrafted floater frame with an outer dimension of 15 1/2 x 12 1/2 inches. .Endangered Species is painted with oil on panel by Japanese American master painter Adrienne Sherman, whose poetic and realistic works are at once modern, fresh and contemporary while giving a nod to past scientific illustrators and historians and uniquely bridge surrealism with magic realism. Endangered Species is a wickedly rich and delightful work of original art by Adrienne Sherman. Condition is excellent / as new.
