About the Item
Landscape of Auvergne, France. View of my workshop. I painted this painting with the intention of capturing the serenity and fleeting beauty of the landscape. When I contemplate this immense sky, dotted with vaporous clouds, I feel a deep peace, a kind of meditation in movement. Each cloud is a living entity, evolving with the winds. I attempted to capture their ephemeral and changing nature, their texture, their brightness and their delicate hues ranging from pure white to subtle shades of gray and pink. The sky, vast and infinite, contrasts with the stability and tranquility of the mountains. Their soft shapes, which stand out against the horizon, anchor the composition in a certain earthly tranquility. Each brushstroke, each shade of green and brown, has been applied to evoke a peaceful countryside, adorned with the colors of autumn. This artwork will be packaged rolled in a tube.
