About the Item
War Mongers the start of my stenciling art career. This was a piece of wood that was spray painted accidentally from a sign we were painting red, it looked like the inverted Japanese flag. Found the photo of the signing of the surrender of the Japanese in WWII and thought this would make an amazing piece. This is where it dawned on me that I could incorporate my sign-making skills into my area. This piece is a statement about the atrocities of war and how we should stop destroying each other and incorporate love into our work. So I started taking stencil art to a new level!
