Agusti Ferre Pino (1884-1960) - Children - Oil on burlap
Oil measurements 100x97 cm.
Frame measurements 107x104 cm.
Painter trained at the La Lonja School of Fine Arts. He became known among the artistic circles of Barcelona and was visited by important artists of the time such as Picasso. He traveled to learn about the art of the state and other countries. He carried out works in various places in Spain and in other countries and in Sitges it is worth highlighting those carried out in the Sant Joan Baptista Hospital, the Vinyet cambril (1919), the Trinitat chapel (1929), the facades of the Casino Prado building (1918) and the main room of the Casino Prado (1921). He designed the Drac de Sitges that appeared for the first time at the 1922 Festival.
