S.M. Franciscovich: Argentine painter, born in 1913 and died in 1955. Painter of landscapes.
Argentinean painter with European origin, Franciscovich painted with a lot of realism and in remarkable plays of lights, scenes of landscapes of South America and in particular of Bolivia.
He mainly painted lakes (including the Titicaca and Rio Desaguadero), but also the highlands, valleys, rivers.
La Paz in Bolivia has devoted a major retrospective.
