Artist Wenjie Jin paints a modernist window with minimalist color vectors. "When looking through the window, it becomes a picture frame. The window brings in the natural light," says Wenjie. Chromatic hues demonstrated in precise, minimalist arrangements establish artist Wenjie Jin's s compositions. She implements aspects of modern and abstract styles in beautifully refined sequences of color. "You may encounter heart-touching moments, including beautiful poetry, surreal dreams, and exquisitely carved structures," says Wenjie. Her work creates a powerful sensory resonance that goes beyond words. Growing up in rural China, she discovered her love for painting and hoped to change her life's path with the paintbrush. Wenjie's creativity led her to pursue jewelry design and, through earnest efforts, became a successful international artisan. She migrated to the United States as an outstanding talent yet faced challenges from the language barrier. Rediscovering painting became her earnest way of self-expression and spiritual tranquility. A house terrace overlooks the ocean shore, bathed in fading sunlight that stretches infinitely across the sky. The artwork deliberately shifts the horizon between the diptych, emphasizing the boundless expanse of space. The panels measure 24 inches x 30 inches and 24 inches by 20 inches, respectively.

About the Artist
Artist Zeynep Genc explores the interaction between modern urban landscapes and the transitions of nature in her paintings. Her subjects center around Northeastern American settings, themes related to her profession, and experiences from her travels to different countries. "As an interior architect and industrial designer, my selective perception influences how I experience the surroundings and find beauty in the synchronicity of architectural and natural elements," says Zeynep. Originally from Eskisehir, Turkey, her career spanned more than 30, during which she taught interior design at Bilkent University and Middle East Technical University, Ankara. She relocated to New Jersey in 2015 and has been painting ever since. Zeynep paints in the corner of her well-lit and organized living room, listening to Italian baroque music and enjoying a cup of coffee. She spends her summers in Bodrum, Turkey, where her house sits right next to the beautiful Aegean Sea. When not creating art, she frequents museums and galleries, prepares healthy Mediterranean meals, and enjoys quality time with her family.
