About the Item
I am a colorist and an abstractionist. I am also a storyteller. In my paintings there is a story, sometimes visible and sometimes you need to delve deeper and find your story in it. I paint landscapes and nature. That can be a still life of a vase of flowers, my city - San Miguel or my garden. Or I may paint the campo on a warm day. In this painting it is an abstract interpretation of a woodland setting. Through the variations of color and textural application in knife you can see a forest and garden unfold.
