About the Item
The artwork is a contemporary landscape painting

the canvas. The clouds are painted various shades of pink, white, and gray,
suggesting a dynamic atmosphere during sunrise or sunset. Below, the
mountain range is illuminated at the peaks, casting valleys into shadow,
providing a bold distinction to the sky and the treetops in a darker tone,
anchoring the composition. A single tall palm catches the low angled rays
of the sun, turning it vibrant orange, contrasting sharply against the
natural tones of the landscape, and providing a focal point to the scene.
The overall mood of the painting is serene yet powerful, highlighting the
grandeur of nature.
This original painting is created in oil on gallery wrapped linen, on 1 1/2
inch deep stretchers. The edges are hand painted, providing a finished
look, wired with finger friendly wire, and ready to hang.
