“Pizzicato” by Marcia Wise is an 18 x 18 x 1.5 inch oil painting which is part of her “Tree” series in which the artist explores the early Autumn changes of color in greens, blues, soft orange and yellow. Earthy red serves as compliment to the varied greens and brilliant blues that ignite the scene. This contemporary landscape painting with its expressive use of color and strong brush strokes, continues on all sides of the canvas, making it optional to frame or not. Signed by the artist on the front.
