“Scherzo” by Marcia Wise is a 10 x 8 x 1.5 inch oil painting where the artist explores the early spring colors in greens, blues, soft orange and yellow against a background of sea, land and sky. Earthy red serves as compliment to the greens and blues balance the scene. This small contemporary landscape painting in its expressive color continues on all sides of the canvas making it optional to frame or not. Signed by the artist on the front.
