The composition features four pears clustered in an intimate arrangement, their irregular forms casting deep shadows on a softly textured tabletop. This oil on board is housed in a complementary gilt frame with an inner border. The painting is in excellent vintage condition. The frame has some minor scuffing but is in good condition overall.
