About the Item
Tea party. " still life of Lilia Volskaya. The dark background was not chosen by chance. A bright cup and a teapot too. We usually meet with family and friends over tea. We can discuss current and future events, or we can dive into the past with our heads. It's so interesting and fun. Drawings, a torn shoe, fishing, a Teddy bear or a first kiss. So many emotions. And also over tea, you can say quite easily and simply what you think or discuss some important events with your loved ones. Everything is in this picture.
The canvas is cotton, stretched on cardboard, the backdrop is reinforced with a second layer of cardboard.
Ebru paints, only natural pigments and top treatment with oil and oil markers.
Lilya Volskaya is a Russian artist who has exhibited nationally. She studied EBRU in Turkey in 2002-2005 and completed a course in painting and drawing in the workshop of Alexander Sergeev 2005-2007 MGAKHI named after V. I. Surikov. The Member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. She lives and works in Moscow. Lilya creates using eastern techniques of drawing on water – Ebru, Ceramic Style, and some more traditional - wet acrylic, resin pouring, classical oil painting, palette knife.
