Cyrille Druart was born in 1980 in Paris.
His interest in Art leads to experimenting various fields from an early age. In parallel with Design studies at ESAG-Penninghen in Paris, he learns photography by himself and begins travelling in order to make images.
He focuses his work on big cities of the world, bringing interest in the observation of people, how they behave and interact. Loneliness is also at the center of his images, as paradoxically in the heart of urban lives.
Regularly browsing large cities wandering randomly, he uses almost exclusively black and white as means of representation. The goal is not only to freeze time, but to take off fragments of reality to create individual images, made of a substance of their own.

Cyrille Druart is a French photographer and architect. A book about his new series will be published soon. He is supported by famous and recognized artists such as Raymond Depardon. René Groebli (born in Zurich, Switzerland in 1927) secured his place among the elite of Swiss post-war photographers with his 1949 portfolio MAGIE DER SCHIENE (RAIL MAGIC). In the early fifties Groebli worked as reporter for Life, Picture Post and other international magazines. During the following years he owned a studio for industrial and advertising photography. In 1957 the American Color Annual named him MASTER OF COLOR.
In the early 80s Groebli stopped working for advertising and rediscovered for himself the possibilities of expression that black & white photography offers. In 1999 the Zurich Kunsthaus (Art Museum) showed a representative selection of his photographs from the years 1946 to 1996.
