Photograph realized by the famous Roman photographic Studio Vasari, around 1947.
Ink print of Vasari-Roma and Avanti newspaper on the back. Agfa paper texture from '40s.
Small fold on lower left corner, excellent conditions.

In the picture the pedagogist Maria Montessori portraied in writing pose in a post-war style portrait.
This rare photograph was probably taken after Maria Montessori returned to Italy at the end of World War II, a few years before her death.
