Miguel Milló builds complex compositions in which painting, sculpture, and the play of light and shadow combine to create subtle and poetic atmospheres. In his images, the human being is a metaphor for the fertile land from which life springs; an overflowing life, full of throbbing. It can be said that the nude bodies are blank canvases that the artist intervenes with mud and pigments, to later cover them with simple or complex compositions of plants, earth, roots, leaves, flowers, and fruits.
