We are in 1944. It was not until autumn that France was liberated from its Nazi invader, thanks in particular to the American landing. In the streets, these posters were put up to warn French citizens. One can read on this poster: "Shut up... The German fled, the spy remains! This poster was realized by Mr. Mallet following the request of the ministry of the war and the direction of the services of press.
