Lenticular photography
The duo finds its expression through lenticular photography in their series « Spinning Nature ». Lenticular photography, like a hologram, allows the viewer to see a set of different images depending on where they stand, thus allowing the artists to express movement. Their visual language is based on the interplay between movement and transparency, that they capture through photography. The subjects of the photo are placed at the center of empty space and must find their own understanding of what it means to exist ; the duo often represent through their work both humans and various natural resources or waste, illustrating the disconnect we experience with our environment.
