Large Aquamarine & Diamond Statement Necklace & Earrings Suite - mid 1900s.

A classic and absolutely stunning piece, this is a one-of-a-kind necklace and earrings suite featuring immaculately matched dark blue emerald cut aquamarines mounted on delicate swallow wing motifs set with fine white brilliant diamonds.
NECKLACE:
Featuring 7 emerald cut aquamarines of varying sizes, the necklace culminates in a striking pearshape drop of approximately 26cts mounted in an unusual, decorative collet with triangle motifs taking the depth of the stone.
The overall length of the necklace is 42cms and the closure is tongue and groove with a safety catch.
