Fabulous Modern Industrial pair of bar height barstools comprised of chromed steel frames, blue gaberdine-like fabric seats, and new chrome tube cap feet. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. Inherent of some industrial styles these stools have obvious welds that are part of their charm. It is large scale and comprised of a hand hammered copper urn or jug shaped body, a round black painted wood base, hand forged hammered copper and iron double handles, and a knob shaped brass finial. And it is topped with a stunning black coolie shade with an inner shade that has a black and metallic gold modeled finish. It almost gives off a bronze hue…It’s just GORGEOUS!! This table lamp is Moorish style, but it leans a bit Traditional as well. We think it will blend in beautifully in any room that needs just the right amount of elegant ambience. It’s going to be lovely on a side or end table in your sitting room, on a sofa table in your living room, or on an accent table in your bedroom.

The shade has a few dings & creases from use in our opinion it does not detract from its amazing look. The lamp retains its original cord with inline switch. It is in perfect working condition. There are no outstanding flaws in the lucite and there is a slight darkening in the chrome somewhat like tarnish and cleaning has not removed, but it does not detract from its over-all beauty. Gorgeous antique Victorian tall Lincoln style full size bed in solid walnut and walnut burl with footboard and side rails. It is in wonderful original vintage condition. That does not mean it is without beautiful age patina of marks and distressing from over 100 years of use. The very top of the carved crown on the headboard had cracked and broken away and been lost over the years. But one of our staff artisans has hand carved a replacement. It is spectacular. There is also some new bracing to the back of the headboard to help with stability. Please see photos, circa mid-late 19th century.
When I was a teenager this high Victorian style of bed is what my mom (a very talented interior designer) put in my bedroom (previously I had a white and pink frilly canopy bed my dad made me) and it remained in her home long after I left. Robert Marcius was born in Greenville, Mississippi and he began designing and producing sculptures, jewelry, and objects d’art when he moved to New Hope, Pennsylvania in 1972. He formed a partnership with Gene Jonson, and they formed “Jonson and Marcius” and moved their business to Manhattan. During this time, he supplied Bergdorf Goodman, Henri Bendel, and Bloomingdale's with jewelry and Karl Springer with accessories, furniture, and sculptures. After seeking out Jonson and Marcius in 1975, Lorin Marsh launched their business of an original and unique line of furniture and accessories. Cartier and Tiffany also featured items manufactured by Jonson and Marcius. During the 1980’s Marcius sold his partnership and moved his operations to North Carolina where he designed the product and direction for Casa Bique Ltd. until the early 90’s. For 4 decades he has developed and designed for such clients as Frederick Ramond, Garcia Imports, Casa Stradivari, Thomasville, Lane, Kinder- Harris, The Platt Collections, and many others. Fabulous vintage Spanish Revival oak pair of chairs with tooled cognac faux leather or vinyl seat backs in the style of Artes De Mexico Internationales. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There are a couple of tiny nicks in the vinyl of one of the chairs. Just take another look at these beautiful vintage oak Spanish Revival pair of chairs in the style of Artes De Mexico!!! They wear a gorgeous cognac or saddle colored faux leather fabric featuring lovely, tooled inside backs and large brass nail head designs on the sides of the seat cushions and backs, and an intricately carved designs on fronts of the high stretcher under the seats… WOW!! They are completely stunning!! These chairs will be perfect in your Hacienda styled home or with your modern country, Rustic, Southwestern, Mediterranean, Industrial, or eclectic designed living space. They will make wonderful chairs for your game table, perfect seating in your bedroom or sitting area, or if you just need fabulous extra seating in your living room.
Artes de Mexico Internacionales, SA imported artisan handmade piece from Mexico to the US exclusively for sale to the trade. FYI to the trade means they sold only to architects and interior designers and not to the public. This makes their pieces more exclusive so harder to find. In addition to the tag, some were signed by the artists. So, do not confuse them with Arte de Mexico, which is a Los Angeles based shop selling, although beautiful pieces as well, production pieces to the public.

Wonderful Greek Revival large dining table with a gray & black marbleized technique laminate covered triple octagon pedestal base & an elongated octagon glass top with beveled edges Attributed to Bernhardt. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The base molding around columns has been repainted and looks beautiful. Oh. My. Goodness!!!! Look at this absolutely gorgeous Greek Revival style dining table attributed to Bernhardt!!! The base is comprised of three octagon shaped columns with a gray & black marbleized technique covered with laminate and a black painted inverted crown molding around the base of each column. The glass top is an elongated octagon shape or a rectangle with angled corners and beautiful, beveled edges. The base on the columns appears to mirror the bevel on the glass top… it’s really striking!! This table is large enough to be used as an office conference table...
