Founded in 2003, Andrew Franz Architect PLLC is an award-winning architecture and design studio based in New York City. With projects ranging from commercial and cultural facilities to private houses and apartments, the studio creates thoughtfully detailed, highly functional spaces with a rich, yet modern sensibility sensibility to stand the test of time.
Our professional staff includes architects, LEED accredited professionals, and interior designers. We promote an open, collaborative studio environment that shares original ideas and proven building practices. Our rigorous, client-focused design process favors engagement, craft, and inventiveness.
