Overseeing her team of 49 interior designers and interior architects, Katharine’s personal approach ensures every detail of every project and product is exquisitely realised and impeccably finished. This is at the heart of the studio’s ethos: dedication to clients; meticulous attention to detail; and creation of beautiful, unique spaces. Her breath-taking interiors range in scale and style, from traditional country estates to contemporary homes, hotels, luxury spas, modernist beach villas, historical palaces, traditional castles, ski chalets, planes and motor yachts.

Born in Hertfordshire, schooled in Oxfordshire and France, and then predominantly brought up in Bahrain, followed by 16 years in Asia, Katharine’s global sensibility was obvious from a young age. Hailing from a family of adventurers and aeronautical enthusiasts, Katharine’s passion for exploration has been a lifelong inspiration.

An intrepid traveller, she has visited more than 150 countries and, along the way, has summited many of the world’s highest mountains; driven a team of dogs on a sled to the North Pole; and crossed the Sahara Desert on horseback, amongst other exciting adventures. A tenacious, driven business woman, as well as a truly original and adventurous interior designer, Katharine’s energy and positive spirit are legendary.
