Velvet is in! This black velvet 1950s princess-style coat is in great condition and features a small collar and seven black buttons down the front. The nipped waist and flare skirt so popular during the early 1950s demonstrate the influence of the "New Look" designs introduced by Dior following WWII. Lined in striped taffeta. Looks unworn.
