About the Item

This sumptuous black velvet 1950's evening shawl, adorned with turquoise cabochons and gold toned faceted droplet beads along each extremity, is the perfect finishing touch to your outfit. The elegant capelet cut of the shawl allows for it to sit perfectly along the shoulders, creating subtle coverage along the front and back of the bodice. This shawl is lined in black satin. Label: None Measurements of the Shawl Shoulder to Hem Front: 29.5 inches Nape to Hem Back: Width: 15.5 inches Width: 10.2 inches Closures: None Condition: This shawl is in near perfect condition. Light and natural impressions marks to the silk velvet . Light and natural scratches to the rayon satin along the lining . These minor issues are not apparent when the shawl is being worn. Please refer to the photographs, as they form part of the condition report. Fabric: Satin, Beads, Velvet Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned.
