Design House Pink & Green Cotton Pinafore Apron Dress, C.1970

About the Item

C.1970 pink and green polka dot cotton dress by Design House of Japan. The maxi dress has a pinafore construction with ties that criss-cross at the back and feed through a large gold tone metal grommet on the side for a wrap effect. The dress also ties at the neckline and has a whimsical faux apron at the front which hides side pockets. Perfect in the kitchen, garden or poolside and can be worn with a t-shirt to create a summery day dress. CONDITION Very good vintage condition with no apparent flaws. SIZING & MEASUREMENTS The size is not marked and due to style and adjustable construction can be worn by a variety of sizes. The following measurements are provided as a guideline and were taken with dress sashed closed as shown in the photographs. For visual reference, the mannequin in the photographs is a size 4. In addition, the previous owner primarily wore a U.S. size 8.
