Stunning vintage robin's egg blue silk taffeta cocktail dress with a scoop neck, chantilly lace and tulip hem by Dorothy Litzan for Roban. Partially lined with rear metal zip and hook closure. Fits like a modern size XS. The bust measures 36", waist 23", hips 42", shoulders 14", sleeve length 4" and the total length 44". Excellent vintage condition with no noted flaws. Dry cleaned and ready to wear.
