The tying tabard-style skirt offers adjustability, while the deep navy color differentiates it from your favorite little black dress. A remarkable piece of fashion history in astonishing condition. Sleeveless flapper dress with drop waist and round front and rear neckline; straight skirt with extra back panel featuring adjustable tabard-style ties at each hip. Front and rear bodice fully beaded with navy and black Czech glass beads, plus beaded trim around skirt hem and up both sides of tabard slits.
